When you have a groomer, grooming over 40 years as a Master groomer, Show and pet he knows how the equipment works, and watched all the changes develop in the grooming industry equipment craze, that's who you want sharpening your Blades and scissors. Someone with experience in the field. When sharpening your blades we keep all the parts together so you don't get newer parts mixed with older parts. That would make the blades not run perfect and cause them to jam. All combs and cutters, tension bands are kept together when sharpening.

When shipping Blades please keep all blades wrapped in paper or bubble wrap. Do not allow blades to slide around in box. They will get damage.
When shipping Scissors either tape the blades so they won't open or wrap then with paper then tape it closed.
When shipping Clippers make sure they are packed so they don't move around in the box.
We are not responsible for damage equipment and will send it back.
